Designing Health Care System

Despite current rising in health care cost  due the issues of the concentrated number of people with multiple problems, the U.S population can benefit through a better health care design to provide quality services (DeSalvo et al., 2017).  Designing an effective health care system requires involvement of the stakeholders. It is critical to involve management, patients, partners,  practitioners and community to formulate the ultimate goal that can  achieve. Secondly, technology and innovations comes handy to the design efficient and effective health systems that will address the current demand of the ever-increasing population. Innovations will ease data storage and management various health facilities. Incorporating innovations and technologies will improve diagnosis , treatment of various diseases as well as collection and tracking  of funds at the health care facility.

Since the decision making process essential for the health care to achieve mission and visions on offering quality care to patients,  health need to form board who will act as advisors to the hospital chief or medical superintendent.  The health care chief will lias with stakeholders to addressing key area in delivery of health care service. Additionally, the hospital is responsible for over decision and delegation of duties to various heads of departments. The health care system will integrate e-health technology in all operations. The health management will be able to scrutinize hospital operations via tech-base connections that links seniors medics and practitioners. The platform will assist in decision making process since it will ease identification of existing gaps in health care delivery. Regarding decision making, not everyone will be involve but stakeholders will be often required to make suggestion area that need change or improvement.  Further, stakeholder “hospital management, partners, government, patients will participate in determining the cost of care.  However, in case the government comes  to provide the health care, it will much better to allow inclusivity of all population .  The government may subsidize health care cost or introduce pooling of funds to improve health service affordability and  accessibility  (Roncarolo et al., 2017) . According to Rifkin, (2018),the government will be responding to  “Alma Ata Declaration of 1978” provision of primary care to people regardless of economic status , race, sex and age.
